Our residential programs are located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood just at the edge the foothills in Ione, Amador County, California. We believe in a holistic approach. Working with the Mind, Body, and Spirit we help you learn how to live life again as a whole person, and face real world challenges that won't stop just because you want to. Our Facility Our facility is a residential home and we accommodate up to six clients at any one time. Within the homelike setting we offer home cooked nutritional meals, semi-private rooms, 24 hour staff, and a variety of activities. We are privately owned and not part of a large corporation. This allows our Staff and Counselors to manage your needs on an individual and personal basis without interference.
Types of Care: We are culturally oriented and offer a variety of outside meetings, educational materials, cultural support and practices. Local field trips include the natural sites around Amador County and social functions. These trips promote and develop our spirituality and help acclimate us back into our society. Our program also includes full participation with materials for individuals that are hearing, sight, mobility, or cognitive impaired. Our residence is completely set up and meets all ADA standards. Special Services: The residential program offers a structured environment including daily groups, meetings, peer-to-peer support, individual treatment planning, life skills, and much more. For the detox process we use a medical screening. This evaluation will determine the appropriate level of care, which may include medications to help you through the detox. The detox process can generally range from 5 to 10 days, or longer, depending on screening and assessments. We also provide balanced nutritional meals, nutritional education and excercise. The kitchen is always available for those who like to cook their own meals. Also provided are religous and modified diets with advance notice.
